MBA Renewables
In October 2011, Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin and Renewables Academy AG (RENAC) started “MBA Renewables” - the first and only distance learning programme worldwide which offers the chance to obtain the degree “Master of Business Administration” with a focus on renewable energy and partly on energy efficiency.
The programme includes specific economic, technical, legal, political and organizational topics, which are tailored to the specific needs of the renewable energy branches. The study imparts advanced interdisciplinary skills necessary for working in executive positions in the highly globalised market of renewable energy technologies.
The MBA Renewables appeals to people who would like to hold a management position in the renewable energy industry. Technicians and non-technicians can enhance their career prospects by taking part in the degree programme. The programme offers students the means to improve their business and leadership skills, as well as understand the complexity of renewable energy markets and the crucial interrelation between economics and the political environment that enables a successful business.
