TREE 2008/2009 stands for Transfer Renewable Energy & Efficiency. TREE is a German scholarship program.

Through the TREE project, RENAC is supporting the transfer of knowledge about renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies from Germany to a total of 14 countries in South America, Africa and Asia.

The project is being supported by the Federal Ministry of the Environment as part of its climate change initiative.
