RENAC realized on behalf of GTZ-Vietnam, a three-day seminar in Saigon on the basics of wind energy (meteorology, engineering, environmental protection, grid integration, planning and financing of wind farms) and a two-day seminar on wind measurement in accordance with international standards and the evaluation of measurement data for a bankable report.
