The emphasis lies on market development, understanding the technology, importance of choosing good siting, assessment of the wind resource, choosing the right wind turbine for your purpose, important technical standards and certification, how to avoid bad quality wind turbines, the profitability of small wind turbines and financial viability for your specific purpose, combination of small wind turbines with PV and storage for rural electrification.
