Gerhard Stryi-Hipp

Since 2008, Gerhard Stryi-Hipp is head of energy policy and leader of the research section solar thermal collectors and applications at Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE in Freiburg/Germany.

Backwards he was representing the German solar industry for more than 14 years as the managing director of the German solar industry association "Bundesverband Solarwirtschaft". 

He is a senior expert for support policy, market development, awareness campaigns and technological development in the field of solar thermal energy and photovoltaics.
