Dr. Uli Jakob

Dr. Uli Jakob is the General Manager of Solem Consulting in Europe and the director of dr. jakob energy research.

He has over ten years of professional experience with solar thermal and solar cooling systems, especially with the product development and commercialisation of solar/ thermal cooling kits.

In his career, he has been working as director for SolarNext AG, Rimsting, Germany and as general manager at Forschungszentrum Nachhaltige Energietechnik, Stuttgart, Germany (zafh.net).

Dr. Jakob received his PhD from the De Montfort University Leicester, U.K. and he has a degree in Building Physics from the University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart, Germany.
