Brief description

RWI is a leading centre for economic research and evidence-based policy advice in Germany. The institute‘s research ranges from the individual to the world economy and is structured along four "competence areas": "Labor Markets, Education, Population", "Health Economics", "Macroeconomics and Public Finance", and "Environment and Resources". The latter focuses on the evaluation of environmental and energy policy instruments.
