The Renewables Academy (RENAC) AG, based in Berlin, Germany, is one of the leading international providers of renewable energy training and energy efficiency education. Since our founding in 2008, over 38,000 participants
from more than 175 nations worldwide have benefited from our expertise in the technology, financing, management, and market development of alternative energy. Our headquarters are in Berlin Mitte and we currently have 50+ permanent employees.

To support our team Green Energy & Climate Finance in several projects, that are implemented in various
countries, we are looking for a student assistant (m/f/d) from now on for 14-20 hours/week.

Your tasks:

• Formatting and standardization of training material and related documents
• Create visualisation for presentations and online trainings
• Help manage our e-learning platform (Moodle)
• Providing support for communication with training participants and project partners
• Using RENAC’s database (data entries, maintenance, data extraction)
• Support in seminar preparation and during virtual sessions
• Supporting staff and undertaking special projects and assignments as needed
• Provide general support to the Green Energy & Climate Finance team with daily operations

Your profile:

• Matriculation in a study programme in Berlin and surrounding area at least until autumn 2027
• Very good spoken and written English
• German, Spanish, Portuguese or French would be of advantage
• Good knowledge in MS Office software, Canva of advantage
• Interest in renewable energy and green energy finance
• Tech savvy, enjoys working with technology
• Ability to work in a team, as well as on your own
