RENAC is one of the pioneers in renewable energy finance training: Founded in 2008, RENAC was one of the first institutions worldwide to specialise in capacity building for renewable energy and climate finance. Key achievements include training bankers and project developers in Africa and Asia on solar, wind, and project finance, supporting green energy initiatives in Latin America, and designing policy frameworks and ESG programmes for European banks and municipalities.
Our finance-focused courses are designed to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and financial viability, ensuring that projects are bankable, sustainable and impactful. We work together with experienced lecturers, covering key topics such as project finance, sustainable finance and green investments and policy and regulatory frameworks.
RENAC collaborates with leading institutions such as: World Bank, UN, Central Banks, European Commission, and ADB, delivering high-impact tailor-made training programmes. We are an accredited training provider for the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and other climate finance mechanisms.
