SolarPro Technology AD
Curriculum and Training Design
Advance pv design - graduates with prior pv training or professionals already familiar with pv systems who seek to deepen their expertise in advanced simulation, system optimization, and design under specific climatic conditions, o&m - engineers, technicians, and project managers responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pv plants, focusing on ensuring long-term performance and reliability, bess - professionals involved in pv project development, system integration, or energy management who need knowledge of designing, sizing, and operating battery storage solutions alongside pv systems.
RENAC’s role in the project was to prepare and conduct the in-person trainings in Sofia for SolarPro. The focus of the specific trainings was to conduct advanced PV system simulations with PVsyst, perform shading analysis and loss assessment using 3D modeling and apply performance monitoring tools for PV systems. Additionally, the participants were trained in carrying out preventive and corrective O&M practices and interpreting and evaluating real O&M data. Finally, they also gained knowledge in the design and sizing of battery energy storage systems (BESS), simulating integration of BESS with PV systems for energy management and grid stability.

DENA - Deutschen Energie-Agentur GmbH
Curriculum and Training Design
Specialists and young professionals who need to improve their skills in the field of energy efficiency, representatives of regional and municipal administrations, current and future energy managers in state organizations (schools, kindergartens, hospitals, etc.), researchers from renewable energy research institutes who are intended to become trainers in the field of energy efficiency in buildings.
The training took place over 4 days, from 24th to 27th of June 2025, in Tashkent at the National Scientific Research Institute of Renewable (NIRES) instead of 3 days initially planned. Before attending the in-person training, the participants were invited to pursue two online trainings from RENAC online academy in order to acquire the necessary basic knowledge relating to the in-person training: Introduction to energy efficiency projects (15 hours) and Photovoltaic – technology (10 hours). Both online trainings were validated by an exam. Also, the final day of the in-person training was dedicated to didactic methods.

Energynautics GmbH, NamPower
Curriculum and Training Design
Technical teams of national electricity utility providers NamPower which are responsible for EPC project development in wind energy, PV and BESS
To enhance its capabilities in engineering, testing, commissioning, and handover of such projects, a structured capacity-building program was proposed. The focus was given to wind farms and BESS. This initiative ensured NamPower’s technical teams were equipped with the expertise needed to effectively develop, procure, test, commission and manage the handover for these renewable energy projects. RENAC offered online BESS and wind trainings as preparation for F2F trainings. Furthermore, the company prepared and conducted the F2F training on BESS, EPC wind energy project development, and plans to have one F2F training on windPRO and WAsP software for planning and designing wind parks.
