Studentische Assistenz in der Marketingabteilung (w/m/d)

16-20 Stunden / Woche

Die Renewables Academy (RENAC) AG ist ein international ausgerichteter Bildungsanbieter spezialisiert auf Erneuerbare Energie-Technologien und Energieeffizienz. Die RENAC bietet online- und Präsenztrainings (virtuell oder live) im In- und Ausland an, baut lokale Trainingsstrukturen auf, setzt in Kooperation mit Universitäten Studiengänge um und organisiert zahlreiche Veranstaltungen im Rahmen der Exportinitiative Energie. Seit ihrem 13-jährigen Bestehen hat die RENAC AG mehr als 21.000 Teilnehmer des öffentlichen und privaten Sektors sowie des Finanzsektors aus über 160 Ländern aus- und fortgebildet. Die RENAC AG mit Sitz in Berlin Mitte hat aktuell 57 fest angestellte Mitarbeiter/innen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Marketing- und PR-Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine studentische Assistenz für 16 - 20 Stunden, die wöchentlich unter anderem folgende Aufgaben übernehmen möchte:

• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Kommunikations- und Marketingkampagnen
• Unterstützung bei der Aktualisierung der RENAC-Webseiten (Typo 3, Wordpress)
• Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Grafiken für Image- und Schulungsmaterialien und Produktion kleinerer Imagevideos
• Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung unserer Online-Kampagnen und -Projekte
• Unterstützung bei der Suchmaschinenoptimierung unserer Webseiten und der Erstellung nutzerzentrierter Inhalte

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Immatrikulation an einer Berliner Hochschule bis mindestens 2023
• Studium im Bereich Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, bzw. in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Sicherer Kommunikations- und Schreibstil in Deutsch und Englisch
• Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit TYPO3 oder Wordpress, Photoshop/Indesign und MS-Office (Powerpoint) sind von Vorteil
• Gute Teamfähigkeit und Spaß an Zusammenarbeit mit kreativen Menschen in einem internationalen Team

To support our marketing and communications team, we are now looking for a student assistant (16-20 hours per week).

Your tasks:

• Supporting the implementation of communication and marketing campaigns
• Supporting updating the RENAC websites (TYPO 3 / Wordpress)
• Contributing to the creation of graphics for image and training materials and the production of short videos
• Supporting the implementation of our online campaigns and projects
• Supporting the search engine optimisation of our websites and the creation of user-centred content

Your profile:

• You are a student, registered at a university (or Hochschule) in Berlin or Brandenburg until at least 2023
• You study (or have studied) marketing, media or communications studies, applied linguistics or something related to these fields
• You have a very good command of spoken and written German and English
• Some basic knowledge of Wordpress or TYPO3, Photoshop/Indesign and PowerPoint would be welcome
• Having some technical affinity is an advantage
• You contribute to a good team atmosphere and enjoy working with creative people in an international team
