Training Climate and Energy Transformation Experts for Tomorrow

Informed specialists and institutions play crucial roles in tackling global climate issues and shaping tomorrow’s energy systems. To foster international collaboration on how to domestically handle the energy transformation, Renewables Academy AG (RENAC), in cooperation with the Agora Energiewende, developed EnerTracks.

EnerTracks supports the people and institutions working in the field of energy transformation worldwide by offering three training paths:

  • Fellowship programme
  • Study tours and executive leadership training
  • Self-paced online training

As part of the programme, participants learn directly from German Energiewende experts; participate in excursions and discussions with key German energy stakeholders; and receive online courses to enhance their expertise in climate and energy transition.

1. The Fellowship Programme

A group of four to six fellows are selected to come to the Agora Energiewende office in Berlin, Germany.

  • Over the course of six to eight weeks, the fellows have the opportunity to learn directly from Agora Energiewende experts.
